I was walking my dog on the sidewalk on public property while this gentleman and his team were on the job site at the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carbondale in Los Angeles. They had a dog who was barking in one of the team members car due to my dog chasing a squirrel outside on the sidewalk. Then this gentleman decided to walk over to me and told me to “keep it moving” in a condescending disrespectful tone. I reacted by shaking my head and he said “don’t shake your head at me”. I responded by telling this gentlemen that I understand city and private boundaries and that I didn’t have to listen to his command. Things escalated. I obviously stated facts and knew my rights so he had nothing to say and knew he had no authority over me. This clearly upset him. I could’ve obeyed his disrespectful co
