Beautiful, great pools -all 3 if them! Everyone if friendly and helpful. The walk or tram to the beach is as beautiful as the beach!

I can't say more positive things about Aracelly and her business. She herself is caring and friendly, a great person. Her cleaning is perfection - always leaving my house so pristinely clean, I hate to live in and dirty it at all after she and her staff are finished. I have two Tasmanian devil children, and she and her staff always make it look like they were never there ... until they are after the cleaning is done. ;)

Have worked with Aracely numerous times. She is a wonderful caring-responsible worker/owner of Conchitas. She has done an amazing job taking the business over from her mother. Her dedication and hard work are why her business his been on the rise. Aracely and her family are a big part of the community and we appreciate all your hard work. Industrious and caring. Hardworking staff scrubbed and cleaned accumulated residue for more than 4 hours with energy and love of their work. In nooks and crannies of antique radiators, to ceiling fans, to several large Venetian blinds. From top to bottom of 9 foot ceilings in an old kitchen and bath and throughout the house. Respectful and cheerful. The owner and staff provide a personalized touch. My home is now fresh, airy, and clean.

I used this cleaning service for over a year (interrupted by the pandemic when I stopped service for the most part) I have nothing against the staff who were professional and did a good job but the owner, Aracely Pena, is rude, unprofessional, passive aggressive, unreliable, and dozens of times would not return texts or calls til a week or more later after no-shows. She also got angry when her employees saw how much I paid her for the cleaning, presumably because they were being underpaid. At one point, in an act of protest, all of her employees in the company quit together and at once. I really think she underpays her employees and I suspect she mistreats them given how poorly she treated me as a customer. I have a smaller home and she was constantly reminding me that she had bigger clien
