Concord Locksmith is amazing! Their service was extremely quick, and they were the only place in Concord that was actually able to make copies of my Master Lock key. The staff especially Michael at the counter, were friendly, professional, and knew exactly what they were doing. They even used original Master Lock keys, which was very nice. The price was great, and it feels good supporting a reliable local business. Highly recommend!

This place is the real deal - after 4 different places including those that should be a no-brainer and finding zero luck or success, the folks at Concord Locksmith hooked it up and gave me the ability to get back in the saddle of my Genuine Blur 150 scooter, and for me, that's a big friggin deal. They were courteous, professional, and sent me off with a key to test without asking a dime from me; it worked, and I returned, and they were able to find tune what I needed and give me a spare so I'd have options for if it happens again. Tried to schedule a key fob replacement; Mike, their road tech, took credit card info, address, then "decided not to do this job" and despite Federal Law regarding A.D.A. compliance, refused to provide service. Yesterday I was downtown concord and remembered that I was down to one truck key, so I dropped in (without an appointment) to Concord Locksmith. They've been around since 1947 so you know you're in good hands. Although I was a last minute walk-in before closing, I got immediate service from their friendly staff. Sam and Lisa, the owners, are terrific life long members of our community —they’ve built a team that’s both skilled and customer-focused. Their technician, Merrick, went above and beyond when he made and programmed a few laser-cut keys for my truck. He asked if I needed a spare to hide on the vehicle, but I let him know I had an app on my phone that could remotely lock and unlock my truck.
