Concrete Concepts

Very disappointed with Concrete Concepts ... they poured a stamped concrete patio at our home and then after the color began to fade in spots I contacted them and they sounded like they knew what the issue was and were eager to fix the problem. They said they would come out but never did even though they said that to me two different times. After that they just stopped answering their phone when I called from various phone numbers. I think they are still in business since their Facebook page shows recent activity. I called and left a message again (since their not answering their phone) and told them that if I did not get a call back then I would call the BBB and I would leave a less than stellar review on Google ... apparently that does not matter to them since they never called me back.

We had this company scheduled to come out to do some stamped concrete work in the fall of 2019. The week they were supposed to come out came and went and they never showed and never called. After multiple attempts to reach them, I went to their office. I was told that he was in MA on a big job and would check to see if our job was still going to get done that fall. A couple days later, they called us to let us know that our job would have to wait till Spring but they would put us at the top of the list for the spring. It is now the fall of 2020, a whole year later, and we never received a call or email from them. Looks like other people have had issues with their responsiveness. They may do great work IF you can get them out to do the job but it looks like they pick and choose what

Good luck with trying to get anyone on getting back to you on the phone ,messaging, or email. Called several times, left emails , left messages that were read and not a single acknowledgement. Poor poor way to run a Business.

Had them out to do our pool deck over the summer and just had them back to do our acid stained floor.. you guys do great work! Thank You!
