Nice retail store with real samples of products and colors. Yes, real world samples that you can touch and feel to know what you are actually buying. I attempted to call prior to listed open hours, not realizing they were not open yet. I opted to not leave a message as i would call back during operating hours. Before I called again, i later received a call from Tom reaching out to me on CCS behalf. This really set the tone for my experience with CCS. Tom was able to assist me with my own goof on ordering the proper quantity. This was my second time using CCS for my projects and would highly recommend to friends and family alike.
