I’ve used Restoration 1 of Mt Pocono multiple times for short-term rental properties , and they have been consistently reliable and professional every time. Their team is prompt, thorough, and easy to work with. They are friendly, and always fit me into the schedule, which I am so grateful. They are simply the best!

I hired this company for mold remediation at a rental property and was disappointed with the outcome. After work began, I was informed that the original estimate would only cover limited remediation and that completing the job as initially discussed would require roughly double the price. While the revised price was agreed to, the change was not clearly justified. The project restarted approximately two weeks later than agreed, with the delay communicated only by text. Given the final cost, the quality of the work did not reflect the value expected, and further remediation may be required. I recommend obtaining detailed, written confirmation of scope, pricing, and scheduling before hiring.

The team responded quickly to our phone call, arriving within two hours. They mitigated the water damage and removed many bags of wet insulation and other debris. They treated the mold, then cleaned up thoroughly. They were courteous and efficient. We would highly recommend them to any who need these services.

We had a sewage backup which ended up destroying our floors downstairs. Jake and his crew did a great job at getting everything cleaned up and redone. They were very professional and everything looks amazing! Very happy with the service.

They came right out for a bursted pipe and didn’t stop until the job was done. So responsive and great work. Thankful for them!
