Concrete Done With Love

Based on the old reviews below Someone or something must be different now with Concrete Done Right! My experience was excellent. Jacob and Larry were prompt with their communication, the estimate, and finished the job quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to refer them.

Agreeing with the person below, they fired the estimator for residential jobs in the middle of my bidding process. The "new guy" raised the price of my bid by $1600 and then refuses to answer any questions about it. It's a shame, the guy they fired was extremely responsive in communication and easy to work with, the new guy open your email and then stonewalls you. Stay away from them.

I was a little nervous about going with company because of the reviews, but they were nothing like them. They honored their pricing, showed up on time, and gave me a completely new flooring. It is beautiful. I couldn't be happier that I went with them.

I guy came out to give me the estimate and I never got it. Then I find out from another company that they fired him. I make an appointment for another guy to come out and he calls 5 minutes before he was supposed to be here and canceled. I’m so glad I didn’t use them.

Spoke w Diana about a pole repair and she said she would send someone out to meet with me. No one ever showed up nor did they even call to let me know they weren’t coming. Wasted my time which I do not appreciate.
