Concrete Etc.

I received a recommendation for this company from a friend and they came through. I did get a couple of quotes in good practice and decided to go with Concrete, Etc. Their pricing was fair to everyone. They communicated well from beginning to end, they did a very nice job and kept the work sight tidy in each phase. I would use them again.

D'andre was great to work with but their machinery did not get to the edges of the concrete floor. In fact, in serveral places - they only got to about 2 feet from the wall and this resulted in an unprofessional look. We were never warned this was a possibility...only after they finished did they say their equipment just couldn't get that close to the walls. We still don't understand. Follow-up review: D'andre did stop by today. He explained that his machinery could not get edges under cabinets (1st time hearing that), or that any water stains could not be removed, and that polishing concrete does not "polish" the floor as in making it shiny. It will be a dull finish unless expoxy is used. He said he offered us polishing vs expoxy but as I told him - while a builder/professional rem

My rental condo is bottom level and had extensive water damage from unit above. All the wood floors were removed and left the concrete. With concrete being mold resistant and water proof as well as the lowest allergen flooring you can have I decided to go that route. D'Andre was great in answering questions throughout the process. I got acid stain finish and I love the floors. Makes the unit feel bigger. Went with a stain that would be easy for my tenants to match with their furnishings and rugs. I would highly recommend Concrete Etc. Every handyman will tell you he can do this (I could have gone to home d and buy concrete stain too ...) But I wanted a professional finish and a company that only does concrete floors.

D'Andre's team polished a 30'x24' garage floor in two days. They did excellent work, and on time. The floor looks great and no VOC smells. The polish makes the concrete floor much easier to sweep and keep clean.

D'Andre did a fantastic job pouring an epoxy floor for my garage/woodworking shop. Easy to work with, done on time, and a great overall experience.
