Bret came out to lift our front step/landing. Once he arrived he stated that our issue was with our steps too high and although he could spray the foam in to lift the landing, the issue would not be resolved because our steps were not installed to the correct height and they slope towards the front door. He didn't want to do that and recommended that we completely get rid of the current steps and landing and start from scratch. He said the process of lifting with the foam works great and when he does this, you won't need to see him again as it works as it should. We REALLY appreciated his honesty and business ethic. I've used 20 different contractors in the past 3 years while working on our cabin. Bret was one of the best. First, he actually shows up when he says he will. Second, he does good work and stands behind it. Third, his pricing is fair. Fourth, he answers text and phone calls so you know what is going on. I also enjoyed working with him as I found him to be honest and personable. I've already hired him to do a second job for me.

Bret was by far top notch in his work, timely visit and his knowledge on how to fix our problem. Our skirt out in front of our large garage door had sunk about 2 inches. He throughly explained how the leveling system worked, let me watch and ask questions throughout! In trying to repair one area of our skirt which was under some rock work one of the bricks got cracked and he went out of his way to find a stone that matched our others and came back to fix it. I would highly recommend Bret and would use his services again if needed.

I am not a professional so not sure structural is the correct choice of service. That being said, Bret arrived timely, kept me up-to-date on his progress, and had a good sense of humor. His customer service was excellent in that he kept me informed and went above expectation in doing some concrete repair. He was able to secure my garage floor and driveway apron alleviating significant gaps under the concrete. Bret is experienced, professional, and knows his product. Bret did a great job lifting the concrete slab along side of my garage to prevent water from entering the building.
