Very poor customer service. Instead of returning our calls when a miscommunication occurred, Gravelle Plumbing and Heating, ignored our calls. When we finally got a service time scheduled, they canceled on us last minute. They did not want to back the equipment they installed that had malfunctioned. Furthermore, they lied to us, accused us of being rude and when we asked for a meeting with Bill and the installer to clear the air, Gravelle didn't even have the curiously to follow through with that. I would not recommend this company. I had owned and operated a service company for over 40 years before my retirement, if I had ever treated a customer in this regard, my business would never have lasted. But, perhaps qaunity over quality is Gravelle's motto.

Walked into my Business, No heat! Called Bill at Gravells, He promptly got with Dusty and had a Service Tech here in No Time, actually earlier than i anticipated too. The Tech "Brent" was quick to diagnose, Explain situation in needing repair and had all components on truck to fix immediately! 100% professional service, 100% would recommend Gravelle's to anyone needing heating, cooling or plumbing. Thanks for Great service to all the involved!

They are an exceptional company. I recently had heating issues, they were quick to respond even with it being the week of Christmas and new years. They gave me several options for repair & replacement and let me decide what was best. Installation was the day they said it would be. They went out of their way to mount things properly and efficiently. The price I was quoted was half of what I had been quoted in the past by other companies. Communication 10, Customer service 10, Pricing 10. Harlon and his crew did a great job. They clearly have a great work ethic and are focused on customer service and satisfaction. Rollie Johnston

15 below and my furnace quits in the middle of the night. I'm on oxygen 24 7 and not really able to do much. I called gravels expecting a recording which I did so left a message and a tech, Beau, called me in a few minutes. He came out, had parts on his truck and had me running in no time. Can't say enough about this young man, he really knew his stuff. Thanks again Beau.
