Albert, out of the California location is the best customer service rep! Extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and always willing to help. He goes above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need when we need it. He is the best part of CPS!

Harry in Georgia is great. Always polite and helpful. Typically their prices can't be beat.

My review today is in regards to the customer service provided today by Amanda and Natalie. My call this morning was HR related, and I called a couple of times and was greeted by Ms. Amanda who's the receptionist. This young lady was very pleasant and helpful each time. I just received a call back from Natalie in HR within minutes of me leaving a message and she was a Ray of Sunshine, very nice, professional, and ready & eager to assist me in anyway. It's unfourtnate, but it's very rare you to get this type of customer service in today's world. I'm appreciative of the contagious energy both of this Women provided today and think the company that employs them should know they're doing the company a great service by providing a level of service that is almost non-existing in today society.

I called to get some parts for a pump I bought and Albert went above and beyond to get me what I needed.. he didn't let me buy things I didn't need and walked me thru some things that I needed help with... he even called me back a couple times take sure I had everything I needed... amazing Customer service... I ordered a part and ended up getting the wrong part and a new one was sent out right away... Albert always answered his phone and always helped me and never said he didn't know he either knew or found out the information I needed... I cannot say enough about the service I recieved and I will always use CPS as long as I'm in business
