I recently had my garage floor finished with an epoxy flake coating by Concrete Science, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I am so pleased with Concrete Science! They did an outstanding job from start to finish. They responded immediately to my request and, within a week, provided an estimate, completed the work, and even returned to take care of minor touch-ups. I have mixed emotions on how to accurately draft my review. On one hand they came and refinished our garage floor and it turned out spectacular. No complaints and only rave reviews on that effort. On the other hand they also refinished our pool deck which was dated and had cracks as well as scars from an old inground spa which was backfilled and never matched anything. The guys came out and ultimately made it look great but within a few months hairline cracks started showing up in approximately 10-12 separate areas. I called and after two weeks of runaround and promises to come out which didn't happen someone finally came out to assess the situation. We had our driveway cleaned and sealed through Concrete Science and they did a fantastic job! Had a small hiccup with landscapers driving over the driveway after they cleaned it the first time but that was because there was no tape or any type of warning that the driveway was clean and to not drive on it. They came back a second time to clean and then seal later in the week and after a few weeks now it is looking fantastic!

Well, it has been a little more time. We asked specifically about their handling of our pre-existing cracks. We were told, and assured, that they could repair those cracks. Now, about 7 months later, the pool deck looks actually worse than it did before Concrete Science started. More cracks have appeared than were there before. The company's response has been - "we told you so." If there is no expectation that cracks would be properly fixed, what is the point of having Concrete Science grind and redo the pool deck? Why then pay them thousands when a $40 can of paint would produce a better long term result?
