Their facility has an excellent display of the different patterns and colors available. This makes for a streamlined and informed decision process for the work to be completed. The onsite crew was diligent and worked with me to make sure the patio would meet our needs. Overall an excellent job.

Does not stand behind their workmanship and refuses to accept responsibility for damages. They installed concrete steps off my back patio. Over time, their improper installation, including drilling rebar into my foundation, is causing a leak into my basement. The owner is unwilling to help resolve the damage they caused, and even suggested the way to fix it was for me to "throw a bead of caulk over it." Avoid using them if you want quality work!

We are very pleased with our patio, we love how the colors and pattern go with our house. The crew was awesome. They cleaned up everything every night before leaving and were always very friendly and always willing to explain what they were doing. I would use this company again if we do more concrete or block work.

I hired Concrete Tailors for drain repair and to even out fallen concrete on one of the sides of it. The price was fair and I was impressed with the estimator on his initial visit. The office answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism. The installer was very knowledgeable and after review with the office installed a slightly higher grade of channel at the same estimated price. They were able to even out and level where the concrete had previously fallen better than what I expected based on the initial condition that it was in. Almost as important was that the installers did a great job of cleaning up when they were done. Needless to say I was very pleased. Concrete Tailors will be my first call for my next job.

This company was recommended to us to install concrete in front of our barn. They did a good job on the concrete but there communication with me was poor and they did not cleanup. The bid was not specific and a drawing of the project was never reviewed with me. They even allowed the concrete company to clean out the truck on our gravel driveway and I had to remove the concrete from our driveway once it dried. They left mounds of dirt and gravel around both entry drive which I had to level out. If you use this company make sure they go over all the specifics with you.
