The garage concrete slab needed stabilizing and leveling. A competitor previously turned down the job and suggested the slab be torn out. Steve inspected the garage floor and foundation and assured me that he'd be able to do the repair. He answered all my questions and explained in detail how the process works. His crew spent almost the entire day carefully injecting the leveling material and it could not have turned out any better. The garage floor is no longer sagging in the center or sitting on 1-3 feet of air due to extreme soil erosion.
