TL/DR: Concrete sealant failed within one year, and manufacturer will not honor their warranty. Lots of stains, rude and dishonest treatment of customers. I followed all cleaning instructions from Concrete Works East to the letter, using a gentle cleanser regularly and keeping my surfaces well-cared for. Nevertheless, ring stains developed on my kitchen countertop, drip stains appeared in my bath, and a strange pink cast appeared on another sink. I contacted the manufacturer to request that they come take a look, remove the stains, and reseal the product, as should be protected by the warranty.
