Finding a good contractor can be hard nowadays, I selected DNS for my project because of their high number of 5 STAR reviews and am glad I did! I had two rooms that needed some Sheetrock repairs, wall and ceiling paint due to a branch falling, puncturing roof causing some minor water damage. Ben and his crew arrived on time, kept good communication, worked as cleanly as possible while doing great work! As I monitored their work and progress, I was so happy that I added two more rooms that needed to be freshened up. Unbelievable job! They were amazing! Helped with putting it altogether! They were neat polite and quick! Ben didn’t mind the 10+ texts a day from my husband! Joe is the tile master! I’m so glad I listen to him! I’m beyond happy with their work! If i could give more than 5 stars I would!

Doing house projects with little ones in the home is never an easy task. However, Ben and his team did phenomenal job working around our family structure as they tackled the extensive job of replacing drywall, painting our kids' bedrooms and kitchen, and even installing recessed lighting (which was not part of our original plan). Ben kept us in the loop about the team's progress and was very flexible when addressing all areas of concern. The team proved to be knowledgeable about the task at hand and was diligent about meeting the deadline without sacrificing the quality of their work. We are very pleased with D&S Home Improvement's outstanding service, and we look forward to work with them on our next home project!

So sad and disappointing that I have to write this review but after my interaction with Ben just now it’s more than warranted. We have used ben and company for a few years and at first, they did such a beautiful job painting our house, doing other very small odd jobs for us and so much more. Ben truly was a blessing to us and did so many things for us it was truly incredible. Such a good man. Sadly we have noticed over the years that something was off and he wasn’t the same. On a few occasions we asked him to get us estimates for some jobs we needed. He will always say, “yes, I’ll get that to you,” but it either never comes or one time, he sent me a text message that was so poorly worded and so poorly written it was like a 3 year old did it. Ben and his crew did an awesome job converting a full bath into a main level laundry room half bath. Would have never known there was work being done in my house. I have recommended him several times and have more work to give him. Thanks Ben for putting up with all the texts from me.
