We are first time pool owners in our new home and have no idea what we are doing! We used a service to open the pool that the previous home owner had used. They did not include cleaning or straightening out the chemicals so we were trying to figure it out on our own. Dan was able to squeeze us in same day, last minute, on a rainy Sunday. Pool Bros replaced our 1.5hp motor. The technicians were responsible, as came on time and were well prepared. We asked many questions, as the motor was doing this loud horrible grinding noise, the neighbors probably heard it! Dave was patient, he explained what he was doing and did an excellent job.
