George and the team at Condos Brothers are the top of the top. I can not imagine a poor review for them. I had them do multiple jobs for me both personally and professionally and I would never consider using anyone else. They go well beyond what they promise and the knowledge to tackle difficult situations is the big differentiator.

They had no respect for my property while doing the job. They cut a big hole in the bush next to my front door and pulled another bush out from the garden next to the garage while all these can be avoided by bundling then up. They used broken pieces in stone work. They opened my garage without asking for authority. They wrote stuff on my walls. They dropped asphalt on my new pavers.they covered my water Meyer with concrete and I have to deal with water district. They took longer than promised to finish the job.

I found an ad in the local Pennysaver and called up for a quote. The salesman showed up on time and was very professional. The salesman wrote up a very detailed and precise quote and I was happy with the price. A week later I tried to move forward with the deal. I called the office to move forward and was given the run around. Every day there was a new excuse. Mr. So and So has a cold and is out sick, he's on vacation, he just left the office for the day (at noon). I got tired of having to chase them so I could spend my money. A month later, after I already had someone else do the work, I got an email asking when they could schedule the job. Yeah right. If I had this hard of a time trying to get them to schedule, just imagine what it would be like if you actually had a problem once the wor

The job was done when scheduled,The crew at condos bros was great. All work was completed with perfection. I will recommend them to all my friends.

Built a stoop in the front of my home Made of brick over an existing concrete stoop They did not waterproof or take into consideration rainwater seeping into the basement Insisted on more money to complete job because it was taking longer to complete than expected Bricks have lifted and separated from the stoop The risers are all different heights Not good Also, walkway built from driveway to front stoop wasNOT set in cement/concrete. They just put a concrete border on each side resulting in separating of bricks Third, they put in an asphalt driveway that crakes up after 2 years… even with them sealing it after the first year Fourth, they put Belgium blocks at base of apron where the road meets resulting in rainwater gathering and creating an ice and snow dam Poor work Shame on them
