Connally Plumbing is terrific! Chad came out a few weeks ago to repair a stubbornly clogged sink and address an issue with an outdoor bib. He was very knowledgeable, and courteous. He fixed everything and explained the work that was done. More recently Matt, Chad and Riley came out to insulate all of the exposed pipes in the attic. I appreciated their professionalism and quality work. It’s a relief to find a reliable, honest plumbing service. Thank you!

Connally came out and fixed our hot water heater and added additional heating capacity. They were professional, prompt and honest! Would highly recommend and will be our first call for any plumbing service issues!

This is the second time I’ve used Connally Plumbing in New Braunfels and I was very pleased with their customer service and work. Most recently, my water heater was leaking from the copper piping and causing a mess in my garage. I called Connelly on a Friday morning, and a few hours later they were able to come by and get the leak fixed in under an hour. They replaced the copper piping and fittings so I can easily fix it myself next time. Very good response time and high quality work. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Ramon came out yesterday to replace a pressure regulator valve, and needed to come back today to replace a malfunctioning water softener. Because we had a full schedule, (today) Ramon asked if it would be ok to arrive earlier than normal business hours to accommodate our already scheduled appointments. How amazing is that! I do not throw out random words of praise for simply no reason, and in this case, Ramon receives very high words from me. Ramon told me that he's normally up early and thought nothing of coming out to begin his work day early to meet our needs. After seeing him work yesterday and today, it would be impossible to not leave a great review. Ramon was very courteous, very thorough and a pleasant man to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend Connally Plumbing to anyone in
