This is fabulous company. They were referred by Paraco when the furnace inspector noticed the liner was collapsing. This is an old house with complex structure. Jim and his team gave me full confidence every step of the way. They don't estimate, they quote and stuck to it even though the job became more complex. Extremely polite, knowledgable and accomodating team. I hope you never need a liner replacement, but if you do you know who to call!

Highly recommend! Everyone was helpful and polite. And very honest. The last company I called charged me $100 for a list of problems with the chimney, including some urgent things they said would be $3k+ in repairs. Matt came from CT Chimney and was very helpful in explaining the issues, not trying to upsell anything, and giving safety recommendations while not pushing for immediate expensive repairs. Lots of very helpful suggestions for affordable solutions. More than that, rather than just identifying a blockage in the chimney, he cleared the chimney out so I could safely use my heating. I really appreciate all of this - the service charge was more than worth it and I'm absolutely going to call them for any chimney work!

Jim, Matt and Brett completed a major project at our house today. They are tremendously experienced and knowledgeable, thoroughly professional and highly communicative.
