I was looking for a Kohler urinal drain plug and was told this was the place to go for Kohler parts. I showed the bad part to the first counter guy and he acted like he had no clue what I was talking about. The second guy said he’d never heard of one needing replaced in the 28 years he’d been in the business. He suggested I try an auto parts store and ask for a freeze plug. They made no offer to look up the part or to order the part for me. I came home, got online, and bought one on Amazon that came in a Kohler package. I prefer to shop local and could have saved myself two trips to Collinsville (they were closed Christmas Eve when I went the first time) by looking online first. I still can’t believe they didn’t even offer to order one or even look into it. I won’t be going back.

Needed a new cartridge for my tub/shower combo. I was given an open package. When I got home and gave it to the repairman he noticed a spring was missing and it had been taken apart and was apparently used. I had to make another trip and say please give me a NEW one in an UNOPENED package. The sales clerk balked at me and acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. I'll never go back. Cost me double while the repairman was waiting on me to make two trips because they gave me an opened used part!

Molly walked us through the display room and assisted us in picking the needed items for our shower remodel. She was extremely helpful in pointing out the needed items and matching our décor and design.
