We bought in the Savannah Wood neighborhood from Lori. She was amazing to work with. The build quality of the house has been great. We attempted to use our sprinklers for the first time and found some leaks due to construction in the neighborhood. A quick email and they were out the next day. I'm so glad we walked over to look at this floor plan and buy from this team.

Bill and his team offer custom-built homes on your own lot as well have multiple neighbourhoods in the midlands. They are veteran-owned businesses as well. I would recommend talking with them when thinking about a new home.
