I called needing someone to take a look at my dryer on a Thursday. Ronnie was here that same afternoon! Very knowledgeable and honest. They ordered the part that same day and I'm up and running the following Monday! Very friendly office staff and technician! Highly recommend!

If you need an appliance fixed quickly & correctly, call Ronnie! We have been using him for a few years now and have recommended him to family members. He's a little pricey but you are definitely paying for the Expert services. Don't waste your money on some kid who shows up and youtubes how to fix your washer, as we once did. We will continue to call on Ronnie if something else needs repairing!

I do not recommend this company to fix your appliances. The tech showed up an hour late without notice. Ronnie( the owner) came out to fix our dryer within 5 minutes of him fixing it, it stopped working. We called for them to come back out and fix it because we paid 268 on top of a 59 dollar fee just for them to come out but kept getting a run around about coming back out. They didn't come back out and wouldn't refund our money for the poor service they provided. This is a fraudly company and half of these reviews are false. Even the owner rated his own company. Be cautious they will steal your money! On a side note we hired ultrafix and they came out that same day and fixed it with great customer service

We were lucky to find Conroe Appliance. Ronnie really knows his business. We got scheduled right away, and Ronnie replaced the main board in short order. We had talked to another repair shop first, but they wanted 3 times more money than Conroe Appliance asked for the main board. We'll recommend Conroe Appliance to everyone. The Parkers

Dishonest. Dishonest. Dishonest. I have never had a business be so incredibly incompetent and run by liars. This company sets up appointments, then no one shows up. No call, nothing. When you finally get in touch via text, always an excuse, usually somebody going to hospital. Was told that literally four times on four different occasions. That’s a lot of sick people. Tech misdiagnosed issue, but never showed for repair anyway. Have been promised a refund dozens of times. Nothing. Absolute liars. If you ever wonder why small businesses are being knocked off, it’s because of businesses like this.
