Conserva Irrigation of Kansas City

This was our second season with Conserva. The first year we were replacing old lines and fixing leaks. Bill - our technician that normally helps us, was always here within a couple business days of contact to help with repairs. In February this year, he installed a new controller in our garage. This small investment was so worth being able to use the controller from our phones. This year was our second year and again, they fixed a couple things for us (including adding drainage to the road). Every employee has been helpful, kind, and quick to respond. I especially like that there is a phone number to text and talk to customer service. Their invoice system is easy to use also. We have been very happy with Conserva Irrigation. We recently had several leaks in the sprinkler system (valves). The work was completed costing less than what was originally estimated. Tim was so helpful in explaining what needed to be done and providing me with updates. He even went the "extra mile" to provide us with a response after work hours! I am confident that everything is now working as it should!

We have been using Conserva for 4 or 5 years now. They have done a fair amount of work plus maintained our irrigation system. We have always found the work to be done well, on time and the charges reasonable.
