Constitution Center Parking Garage

It's Boston so it's going to be a bit pricey but they tack on a service fee over their rates just to add a little insult. It's a decent enough option considering you have to move your car every two hours at any of the free/metered spots nearby while also avoiding the pesky street sweeping days ($90 ticket - I found out the hard way). Two stars because they force you to enter a cell phone number.

Unique setup for ticketing via cell but worked well. I booked ahead of time with spot hero, upon arrival enter cell phone number on the kiosk then park. Can screenshot spothero qr code, follow link you were texted, then tap 3rd party vendor and upload screenshot. License plate was linked with cell upon entry, so exit was simply drive up, license plate was recognized by the camera and found my cell/already paid status so no action needed at exit. Two attendants were nearby ready to assist.

We had prebooked our spot, used it one day left the next, the attenden watched us leave came back 15 min later and he would not let us back in. Said it was due to maintenance another guy showed up ( I think the owner) was a complete jerk said we booked with third party call them, he refused to even talk to them

Don't Park here it's a scam! USS Constitution doesn't partner with them and won't validate. The link on their site takes you to a third party to pay on Spothero, but the QR Code would not work. Paid $18 via Spothero then had to pay $25 to get out. So mad!

I should not have to provide a cell phone number to park my car. That is ridiculous! Put a QR code so people can pay online and be done with it. This is pure data robbery.
