I spoke with Jacob in Planning Review and he was so knowledgeable and helpful. A gem to gain insights from. Thank you. 😊

I have been waiting over 5 weeks for Mr Aragon to go and do an inspection on our home everything is in place and he is prolonging on his part! Was told it’s our contractor that’s taking long but we have papers to prove otherwise. He is very rude! went to the office to speak with someone other than him and was told he is the boss there is no one above him! This has been the worst experience we have had to deal with! How sad this person is the only one that can help and we have spoke to several contractors and have all said he is such a jerk! How sad he handles business like this!

I've left three messages for this division, your only option since they never answer the phone. Unfortunately, they also never return messages. The first message was 6-weeks ago, certainly enough time to have responded by now.

They never answer their phones. Their voice-mail system offers tge leave a message and phone number and tgey will call back, BUT THEY NEVER CALL BACK. Their computer program is now sending alarming emails to businesses that already finalized the permit and inspection process that states "you have 10 days to contact us and complete your permit before it expires". This causes businesses extra time to try and reach their office when the business has more important things to deal with. Their email response to this problem is " sorry, our system just sends these emails out and doesn't know your permit has been finalized". WORST GOVERNMENT AGENCY WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. they exist to serve the NM residents and businesses, BUT THEY ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO DEAL WITH. They need to get their act togethe
