Constructive, Ace

Leonard prepped a two story older home, by repairing sheet rock damage, texturing and painting the whole house. The house is an older 2 story home with vaulted ceilings 16' high. He takes pride in his work and totally unsupervised he took care of the entire project like it was his own home. Perfect attention to detail, cleanliness and making sure I did not have to point out anything he missed. I am very picky on who I recommend. I owned a 30 person commercial and residential construction company. Although he helped me for only sheet rock and painting work, I understand that he does all types of residential remodeling work. Leonard is honest and fair, consider him for your next home remodeling project.

Constructive Ace did an outstanding job removing carpeting and installing flooring, wainscoting and painting of our home in the Woodlands. The team was communicative, timely and easy to work with.
