We have had issues with our main line sewer due to roots growing into the terracotta piping. We had a frustrating experience with a company that initially came out and gave us an estimate...we signed a contract, and then the day before they even started the work, raised their price significantly! Thankfully, my fiancé's boss had Construxx working on his property and he referred us to them. Harold and Brad came out to do an estimate within a day. They were reassuring and made us feel so much better about our situation. They were extremely informative and explained the entire process to us. Joann was such a pleasure to speak with as well and provided amazing customer service! She got the contract to us in just a few days, we signed and then the crew was out to start working about a week late

Appointment was for 11:00 and the guy wasn't here until 1:15. He did work fast however the price was ridiculous! Had I known they would charge $200 for a waterline for my refrigerator, I'd most certainly have gone somewhere else or just done it myself. I recommend you shop around and only use this company as a last resort.

I own a rental property in Harrisburg where I have had multiple plumbing issues from clogged drains to water leaks etc. Construxx Inc. has always responded in a timely manner and I have been very pleased with the quality of their work and the fair pricing that I have received.

Our water heater broke and we were referred to them to fix it. We are going on day 4 with no hot water. We were initially told by one lady that we would be on the list for a repair/replacement appt by YESTERDAY or definitely TODAY at the latest. And someone would call us. No one called. We called again yesterday with a tech who said that because the owner was out of town, he could not figure out how to schedule us but would get us in ASAP. My husband is currently on hold with going on 20 min now. Never again. Absolutely awful customer service.

ConstruXX is amazing! Their pricing is great and so are the people that work for them! Will most definitely use them again.
