The pictures tell the story. This is the final product of a stampcrete job. We were ghosted after this and left with this embarrassment. Left concrete chunks all over the yard, I spent a full day fixing the yard. Ripped my siding off and threw it out, now I’m trying to figure out how to get that repaired. The color is messed up, the pattern is messed up through out, and there are cracks and broken spot everywhere.

After receiving a few reviews from other contractors, some saying the work was too much for them to take on, not to mention the exorbitant costs desired for the work, my wife and I landed with Frank's Concrete to put in a 12 by 18 foot concrete floor under our deck. Why, because of the following: - Leroy provided an estimate that was very thorough regarding the work and level setting expectations - Quoted price was very fair! - End result was outstanding! - Work was fast, efficient and the clean-up was outstanding! My wife and I highly recommend this company.

Do not recommend. I did not hire this company, they were hired as a sub contract for a larger project being done in my backyard, of which a concrete patio was a small portion. First, this crew showed up on the wrong day....a day when I had explicitly requested no one be working at my house. Not only were they there on the wrong day, but they showed up without the plans or blue prints for my project. The GC sent them a plan via text....but they ended up completely botching the job, and destroying my yard in the process. When I sent pictures to the GC showing the destroyed yard, Leroy insisted his crew raked out the dirt! See my pictures to decide for yourself if they raked. First off, I want to say thank you for being flexible on cost and doing the work on schedule as you said you would. That being said, I am not satisfied with the work done. I have two large concerns. One is the slope of the new concrete. Most of the steps slope towards the house, causing water to rest along the edge of the concrete wall to my basement. Also, the lack of draining for the spouting allows water to accumulate on the crack of the new and existing edge. Over time, I think that will be an issue. Second is the lack of thought for the top step. I was under the impression you would cut out some of the asphalt and start the new level below so it would not be as severe. I’m also not blaming you, but the cement truck damaged my new driveway. That’s on me for not warning you and asking

We had Leroy and his team pour a large concrete patio around our inground pool. Absolutely AMAZING JOB by Franks Concrete and Construction. They asked what we wanted, listened, and paid attention to detail. Leroy was great to work with and everyone else was professional as well. I cannot believe how quick, efficient, knowledgeable and well the whole team worked.
