If I could give zero stars I would! There is absolutely nothing good about this company! It took them 6months to come out and upgrade our power after a fire for one. They didn’t send us a bill for 4 months and because we religiously pay on time called them every month about getting our bill and they said “idk, we don’t have anything for you” then sent us an almost $6000 bill! Then, when they finally decided to show up to upgrade our input they cut our charter line! As well, they littered our driveway with chaw and trash from their lunch! Terrible all around and they hold a monopoly! They never seem to have anything together!
3 days to get power back is crazy
Such a clean facility
Today I had a power outage in Frankfort,Mi. I called and reported. Apparently I was the only customer without power. Within an hour Consumers was out to my house and took care of the problem. Than you thank you. Technician was very friendly and explained the problem.
