Westshore plumbing, specifically Joe was great! We had an issue we needed fixed immediately and they were able to get us in the same day. He was super nice and quickly got the issue fixed so we could use our water again. Will definitely be using them in the future!

HIRE THIS COMPANY! Aaron and his team are responsive and reliable. They are also trustworthy. I have worked with them on construction projects, to general maintenance, and troubleshooting. Aaron really cares about his customers and is willing to go the extra mile. All of their techs have been great too.

It was easy to schedule an appointment to get a quote for converting to natural gas. The technician called ahead of time and was on time. However, after my husband casually alluded to another company having also come out for a quote, the technician got a bit squirrely and seemed not terribly interested in the project--he never took any measurements or looked that closely at our units. He said he would send us a quote but it's been 2 weeks and I have not received anything despite calling the office at least 4 times and the receptionist telling me she would get back to me. It doesn't seem unreasonable to get multiple quotes for a large project so I don't understand why they would have a problem with this--unless there's some other reason why they don't want the job. I guess don't bother call

We have four units that West Shore monitors and over the years they have been excellent in preventative maintenance, emergency repairs and answering all our needs. Amazing staff beginning with the office and continuing with excellent technicians.

Aaron and his team are always very helpful. We have used Westshore for larger and smaller projects. Recently, we had an issue on Easter weekend and one of his guys came out and fixed the issue immediately. Nice, straightforward, dependable, and good work at a reasonable price. We will be using Westshore again in the future.
