Thank you so much! I have made a few visits to this business for backsplash. The initial one was ok, so I chose from the selections. Each visit after has been challenging. I am a huge benefit of the doubt type and always kind; however, reality is customer service here leaves little to be desired. There were some pleasantries, but it felt like it was an absolute chore to help with the project each time. It has never been busy in store, so that wasn't a factor. Our Contractor pointed us to Contempo Tile for new construction. Building a house can be overwhelming and during this time period it is extremely difficult. A total bright spot in our construction project was Alondra and the great Warehouse staff at Contempo. Alondra was patient with our decision making process, had great suggestions and our home is more beautiful as a result! She had great ideas and everyone was helpful, but even better when they said it would be there it was! We appreciated the stress free experience! Very grateful!

I wanted to take a moment to give Contemp Tile the recognition it deserves... after being totally ignored in our local tile store, we drove to Boise to find bathroom tile and a kitchen counter solution and decided on Contempo Tile as they carried a specific brand I was interested in. We were greeted and helped by Anna who is a delight to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and had us set up in the right direction in practically minutes. She showed us a number of various large slabs (granite and quartz) that could melt your heart and showed us a new product, Lamigan porcelain slabs... we were sold! We left feeling that it was the smartest stop we may have ever made and were extremely satisfied with how quickly and easy finding our solution was... thanks to Anna.

We ordered our quartz as requested by our builder in APRIL. It is now August, our countertops are to go in next week. When the installer went to pick up the quartz, he found that contempo had sold our 3 slabs of quartz to someone else. No questions, notification, nothing. Poor integrity and thus not to be trusted.
