We had water damage in our home and needed the contents of our home removed for flooring repairs. I reached out to Eric and he worked with my schedule to remove and return our home furnishings. Eric kept in constant contact with me and along with his team, performed a professional packout. They were so easy to work with, and took great care with by belongings. I highly recommend Eric and his team to get the job done!

Eric and his team are truly amazing. I thought they would be challenged with storing our +600 bottles of wine but they immediately put a plan in place and it has all worked perfectly. They have taken such great care of our furnishings and everything was packed well and returned in perfect condition. Lots of china and crystal needed to be wrapped and moved. Could not be happier with their communication and crews.

I highly recommend Eric & his team at CRS West Portland. We live in NE Portland. He came to our home to assess our needs for packout/packback after a small home flood. He got all the details & pictures in a thoughtful and reassuring manner, put together an estimate with details of job scope. Our homeowners insurance paid for the service. Due to insurance and reconstruction, we had to change date and scope of job a couple times, and he was very accommodating, kept good communication. He and his team took great care with our house and items, and were very personable, even while lifting and moving our heavy things.
