John and Collins were very thorough in explaining step by step of what was needed and worked with me and my insurance company to ensure all repairs were done right. The workmanship of the roof installers, the repair, painter and the gutter team were perfection. Scrubs and plants were covered, and nails picked up. Very thorough. I had extensive hail damage down to a broken window and a leaking roof and so glad I had chosen them to make it even better than before the storm. Since Chris Atkins won't return my calls or text maybe the company will respond to google... Chris, this is Tracie Stallings, I'm still waiting for the email explaining the requirements and documentation from the roofing job to our property in Orange Beach for the insurance company. I have given you over a week to get the information to me. If I need to have someone else in the company to provide the information, please advise who I need to speak with. I need to resolve this matter as soon as possible as it has been going on now for 4 months.

I've never had to deal with storm damage to a roof before, and the thought of trying to find a good roofing company, in a sea of them, was daunting. However, Continental made the whole process very easy and they were extremely flexible. I am very pleased with the quality of the roofing work performed by Continental Roofing company and their commitment to excellence and customer service.
