Ok garage some staff are good but other could do way better

Great location but the least courteous staff i have experienced in Manhattan residential living. Quite surprising considering a mix inhabitants population and staff. I would recommend a " Manhattan must know manners " class for them.

Building always has lots of staff on duty. Very helpful and nice folks. Building is renovating common areas to bring it up to the times. I’m an owner who will never sell, and I think lots of people in the building feel likewise.

Lots of staff - a plus. Outdated lobby and hallways - a negative. Service entrance looks ill-kept and institutional. Pets a plus; roof deck a plus. Little gym a plus. Supposedly big reserve fund - a plus - if only they would use it to fix up lobby and hallways. PS. hallway lighting way too bright - looks like a hospital not a residence!
