Continental Window Cleaning

This company was contracted to clean the exterior windows in our building complex during the summer of 2019. We were away, and they made a careless error, stripping the UV protection off of part of our living room window. The supervisor, Mark, seemed really cooperative and responsive at first. promising to replace the window and make the situation right. He made at least 5 appointments with me and didn’t show up or call. I recently contacted him again, explaining that the last time he had failed to show up, i had taken time away from being with my mother who was terminally ill. He unapologetically told me he was no longer in the NY area. When I expressed anger over his lack of follow through, responsibility and professionalism, especially after learning it would cost me a minimum of $2,00
