Continuous Gutter & Roofing

They were quick to show up for a quote and to get paperwork signed, but when our scheduled install date arrived they no-call no-showed multiple times. They did finally install a few weeks later and it turned out ok, not great but acceptable. During install they bent up a 24 foot section of the drip edge along the garage on our new build where there were no gutters being installed. I have been trying for two months to get this rectified but they will not return calls or send anybody out to look at it.

These guys are highly unprofessional! We had them scheduled to do a gutter install on Dec 9th and the day of install they did not show up or notify us. We called and they said they have no idea what happened so they re-scheduled us a week out. The day before they called and said that they had another job that was an emergency and re-scheduled us another week out. Finally, when they did show up, they said they could not do the job with 5 in gutters and would have to schedule another appointment for a new quote. Then we said screw it and called Rain-Flo gutters, and turns out it was the same estimator! He said they would make us a priority and two more weeks later still nothing! As of 01/08, we are still waiting to get a call to schedule a new installation appointment.

Although the gutters look beautiful I have a few complaints that i can’t ignore. There was a large pile of old gutter and wood pieces with nails sticking out of them just left in my driveway, there was also a huge gloop of sticky silver glue left on my deck. Also the gutters were installed over the top of my outdoor lights and I am not unable to move them now. And lastly, upon leaving the job they decided to slam my garage door closed manually. Leaving me to have to reconnect it to the opener. Very sloppy in my opinion.

I have my leaking gutters repaired with them. They are professional and competent doing their repair job till I am satisficed. Some companies just want to replace your gutters and do not want to do repairs, but they are not, they do what they say and did an excellent job! Thank you Continues Gutters！

Terrible quality…scratched my new metal roof when installing, left jagged edges on down spouts, and mounted the down pipe at a 45 degree angle instead of flush with building. I called Mike and sent pics. He said he would call back and didn’t. I txt him again letting him know I put a stop payment on the check until it was corrected. I asked to meet face to face and discussed the issue and he replied, “Not if the check is cancelled.” I also let him know I filed complaints with OSHA and the Washington State Attorney General and he replied, “No need to over react.” Instead of communicating upfront he wasn’t working on Saturday, as a closing remark he told me, “You can contact me during business hours on Monday.” The customer service is equally as lacking as the quality of their end produc
