Excellent company. From start, getting estimate, to during the work till it was finished. Everything explained, no hidden surprises. Project mgr stopped by every day to check crew.. Make sure progressing and if they needed anything he was bringing to them. Courteous, polite crew. Office staff also very professional and polite. House looks AMAZING ❤️ EVERYTHING SO CLEAN AND PRECISE. Highly recommend this company.

Contract Exteriors should get more than 5 stars! Their communication from start to finish was a breath of fresh air. JP, Bau, and Brooks made multiple trips to the house before and during the project and their plan was well thought out. We were also impressed with their contractors that did the work and they represented the company well. They did not take any shortcuts and replaced water damage we didn’t know about prior to demo. Their billing system and documentation was also on point and made it easy for us to keep up with all the moving parts of the project. Thank you so much for the fantastic work and we will use you again! Work done: inclosed second floor porch and repaired small amount of water damage on the floor.

This is the second time that I have worked with Contract Exteriors. The first time they did a large sliding glass door. I had the pleasure of having to work with a project manager named Bill. Bill is not just an exceptional ambassador of Contract Exteriors, Bill is a man of great character. He will always lead you in the right direction and his integrity is impeccable. He has the vision and the customer service skills to ensure that the job gets done right the first time and listens to the client. He is super knowledgeable and the job that was done both times was exceptional. If you have a chance to work with them, do not hesitate to do it.
