I had such a terrific experience working with Pilar Ponce de León! She is top! Her knowledge of the products and expertise as a designer and sales associate made the process of selecting and installing flooring easy and fun. During a recent difficult time when I needed to replace my flooring due to unforeseen circumstances, Crystal, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and genuine compassion. She approached my situation with empathy, extreme patience, supporting me throughout the entire decision making process. From selecting materials to locating the perfect installer (this was an out of town project) she pretty much held my hand and ensured the project was completed to the highest standard with care and respect for my situation. Her genuine kindness and professionalism made a very tough experience much more manageable. An enormous thank you to Crystal! She is such a pleasure to work and I am deeply grateful for having that opportunity and all the extra support she provided to me as her client.

My experience with CFM has been exemplary in all ways, but if I had to pinpoint specific strengths, I would note the knowledge of the staff, the breadth of the company's merchandise, and the competitive pricing. The staff is responsive, knowledgeable, and available to spend time with you. Customer satisfaction seems to be a huge part of the company's culture. Staff seem invested in helping buyers make informed decisions, and they try to understand the goals, budgets, and preferences of their customers. I have learned a ton about products from conversations with sales persons. Outstanding Service and Design Expertise! Trishah was absolutely incredible! I came into CFM with a large project that needed to come together in just one day, and she immediately jumped into action. She spent the afternoon helping me select the perfect tiles, paying attention to every detail and making the process fun and stress-free. Her professionalism, creativity, and kindness made the whole experience a joy. Everyone on the CFM team was friendly and eager to help, but Trishah truly went above and beyond.
