Unfortunately Contract Interiors installed the flooring in my new-build home a couple of years ago. Twice now I've had issues with the laminate, which should be a pretty straightforward warranty claim. Contract Interiors, though responsible (according to the flooring manufacturer), is unwilling and unable to assist with this. Horrendous customer service. If you're looking to build a new home, make sure this place doesn't do the floors!

We just built a new home & chose Mannington LVP flooring. The LVP was installed well however the flooring was defective which resulted in the floor making cracking & popping noises throughout. After living in the home many months we realized something was wrong with our flooring. They came out & took videos with audio, submitted it to to vendor Mannington & worked with us to have the flooring replaced. The communication was excellent with Angie in the office & our installers. The workmanship is excellent and we could not be happier. Janet W.

Adam and his team provided prompt service to get new floors installed in our home, and their installers were professional and paid extra attention to detail. Would definitely recommend!

I would have to say that Rick from Contract Interiors did an outstanding job on repairing our brand new floor. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to work on your new flooring. We have seen all kinds of contractors in our new neighborhood, and he stands out as one of the few that actually got things done right and quickly.
