Kern Company

We had the Kern Company redo our bathroom. Kerry, Korey and Kelley did a great job. We wanted it completed as fast as they could once they started. They laid out a schedule where either they or the subs would be there every day to move things along. The subs they hired were really great. They made suggestions on details that were perfect, and tried to save us $$$ wherever possible. We've got a couple of other projects that we're going to have them do. We highly recommend them.

Kerry and his sons, Korey and Kelley, were absolutely amazing for our house construction. I would recommend them for any work, no matter the skill set. Their professionalism and detail work was some of the best I’ve seen. I had peace of mind the entire time of our project just knowing the work they were doing. They foresaw any questions ahead of time and were ready to address any concerns. True craftsman of their work from framing to interior.

We partnered with Kern Company for a full kitchen remodel (new cabinets, appliances, lighting, countertops), installation of luxury vinyl planking on our main floor, and updates to our half bathroom. The process and the finished work exceeded our expectations. They were transparent, communicative, and the work was high quality and completed on time and on budget. They coordinated all contractor work and city inspections, which made it easy for us as the homeowners. I recommend work with Kern Company for any home remodels!

Kerry, Kelley, and Korey do excellent work. Super attention to detail and high-quality on the big stuff. I wanted a staircase moved in my little 1960s rambler to open it up. Friends looked at me like I was insane when I’d tell them my plan, but Kerry didn’t bat an eye and took all the necessary steps with a structural engineer and turned around a bid quickly. I didn’t add any square footage, but it feels so big. Plenty of room for three teenagers and all their friends to hang out in the same space. It was tough living in the garage all summer, but so very worth it. I got a new house and didn’t have to move. Photos show some after and before.

Kern Company recently worked with our family on a new garage/mudroom addition. They were timely and pleasant to work with. I also appreciated their habit of asking questions, when they had them, and not just doing what would be "typical". Great to work with!
