Convenient Appliance Service

David from Convenient Appliance was very competent and knowledgable. He answered all our questions and more. We feel that this Company and especially our Tech that came out did a great job. We'd definately use their services again.

On time, very detailed, and knowledgeable. Regrettably, parts had to be ordered, but they indicated they should come quickly and they would return first of next week to finalize the work. Spencer I believe is the Tech's name. Very knowledgeable, kind and prompt. I could not have been happier with this Tech!

I have been dealing with this company for 6 months now, my washer is on warranty and they say they fix it, but it only works for 2 to 3 weeks a month top. I have to continuously go to a laundry mat to wash my clothes cause of the poor work quality I have been getting. I am single parent of 4 children and I spend way too much on laundry mat. It acts like it is draining but isnt, and the done/sense lights keeps blinking

Fantastic service call. Kenny and Austin were very friendly and professional. They understood the issue, explained thoroughly, and completed the job expeditiously. Would welcome them in my home for service anytime the need arose. Great Service!

From the first call to the final "fix" of our GE stove, Convenient Appliance has been incredibly dependable and helpful. Beginning with the women who answer the phone to Kenny, the technician - the difficult process of dealing with GE in repair of our NEW stove was made so much easier due to the professionalism and personal care and concern of Kenny. We are most appreciative to him and the "team" at Convenient Appliance Service. Ray and Jennifer Oakley
