Converse Locksmith Pros

I'm in the service industry and understand charging a fair rate for good service but what they cahrged is rediculous. I called them at 7:45 this morning. Got a call back at 7:51 letting me know tech was on the way and would be there in 15-20 mins. Was at my house for less than 15 mins, introducing himself to my wife to collecting money. He told me it was $120 for the drive and $190 for unlock the car plus tax, so over $300. He said that it was because it was before normal start time. They never said a word on this. Unless they figure something out on pricing I deffently would not recommend them.

When I called the company to ask how much it'll be, she said I'll have the technician call you and give you a price. He said it would be $120. He finishes and charges my dad $230. I called him and asked what changed, he said I told you the starting price is would be $125. That's a lie, I wouldn't have agreed for you to start until they got there if I didn't have a definite price. Then he says I called the company and they said to charge you guys $230. That's a lie. She specifically said the technician sets the price. He probably just saw my daughter drive up in a range rover and decided to charge more. Rip off. Liar.

Whoever answered the phone was rude. She probably needed a hug. Quotes start $95 and up according to the rude lady, she even added “depends what you want”. Such a lovely way to convey information for potential customers calling to inquire. Absolutely love calling a business and having to have to figure their pricing out for myself. Personally, im BIG on customer service so I DO NOT RECOMMEND solely off of customer service.

I didn't use their service because the person who answered the phone was rude.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Called for service. A rude unprofessional and unpleasant female answered and eventually hung up on me as I was explaining my situation. She sounded abrasive from the get go. Looking at some of the other reviews, looks like I'm not the only one this has happen to. Save yourselves the trouble and do not use this locksmith
