I love this place! I have used them for my pool needs for the past 3-4 years. They are always so helpful, kind, and looking out for their customers. Jessica is the best ever! She is always so helpful, gives great suggestions and is so knowledgeable and is always willing to help you trouble shoot issues.

Whoever female with zero patience works here, this review is for you. Every time I call, you say I need to bring a water test in. Your colleagues have told me already that I wasted my time with water balancing, when I need to get rid of the algae first. While it has been 1 month since I got my water tested, the water is still just as green as before. I’m using the recommended shock and algicide by your business there, and it’s not working. I’ve called in an attempt to not waste my time or gas to go there and hear that I need to put 4 pounds of shock and algicide in my pool again. I’ve now swapped out my sand, which I was originally told by an employee there that I didn’t need to(I needed to). My business will forever be elsewhere from this point forward.
