I didn't remember that I got professionally ghosted one round already when I called them again. This large man showed up, I showed him water damage I believe is from the roof, he didn't get on the roof, and said he would respond with a quote by yesterday afternoon. I thought it funny how can you give a quote without getting on the roof but was in the middle of teaching a class so I wasn't thinking quickly on the spot enough to pry further. The first time, if I remember right, did what he had to do to drum up a quote and went, what I thought, to write it up in his truck. He didn't give a quote but just left. No phone call or follow up. All-in-all I'm recommending Ducote Roofing. Quick to respond and had a detailed description of what they think caused it. I'm going with them. With no foll
