We hired Cook Bros to add remodel our two-story brick colonial and to add a two-story, 1500-square-foot addition. We were extremely happy working with them and with our renovated home. Steve and his team finished the project on budget and almost a month before schedule! They even worked on Christmas Eve, so we could celebrate Christmas in our house. Throughout the design and construction process, the Cook Bros team was in constant communication with us, answered our questions, and accommodated our revisions and requests with good cheer. My wife and I highly recommend them and are very happy that we hired them.

We had a 1939 Cape that Cook Bros completely renovated. Open concept with new kitchen on the first floor and 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths added on the second with a full attic for plenty of storage. We can't say enough great things about the whole experience. They began the renovation the second week of March 2020. We were back in the house the middle of September 2020. They did the job on budget and on schedule despite the unknowns associated with COVID. If you're considering a renovation, call Cook Bros, you won't be disappointed. They made such a positive impact on our street they will begin doing another whole house renovation on the colonial across the street from us in the coming months.

Great service: on budget + under timeline! It's rare in this business when a contractor under-promises and over-delivers, but Cook Brothers did just that for us for our beautiful addition project in Arlington, VA. The team was collaborative, helpful, transparent, and worked through all potential issues with us, explaining the pros, cons, and budget impact of each decision option. Our project manager was professional and kept us updated on timeline, changes, and key milestones. The project came in 7-8 weeks ahead of schedule and we love the results!
