Cookeys charged 13 hours ($1300) for two vessel sinks, kitchen faucet and disposal, and shower head. Charged full price for both the plumber and the apprentice, which obviously included training time. This work should have taken closer to 7 hours. After install, two drains leaked under sinks. I asked them to make things right. They lowered the hourly price of the apprentice, but said they could charge more to come back and fix the leaky drains. Then they asked if I had a camera to prove how long it took them - like, what?! To finish the job, I took my business elsewhere. The new plumber found bad gaskets, stripped piping, and zero putty. This business was responsive to our emergency needs. First, the business was attentive to our issue, had a part shipped overnight, and fixed our repair during the holidays. Second, Tyler was professional and wasted no time fixing our water heater. I highly recommend them over other mechanical contractors. Although other similar contractors were busy, they were not even willing to address our issue.

These guys have 0 integrity. We had them scheduled to come out to the hotel where I work (jason) words “most likely the part will come in on Tuesday and will be out there. If not, I’ll give you a call”. That call never happen, so I assumed the parts came in and that they would be here. After waiting one hour with no call to let us know the parts were not coming in till Tuesday of next week! This is unacceptable and bad business. On the positive note tnt plumping has the parts already and the work is getting done today. Thanks Jason!

Cookeys installed all of the plumbing in our building. It was all well done and they have been very responsive to the few warranty issues we have requested from them.

Cookey's is great. I called several other people and Cookey's was the quickest, most polite and most efficient. Matt came out and fixed the issue and he was the most polite respectful person who has ever came to work in my home! 10 Stars!!
