Cooks was so great. They came out right away to fix my ac system where my heat wasn’t working when it got cold a few weeks ago. The tech was super friendly and knowledgeable. They knew exactly what the problem was (needed a new circuit board) and came back in just a few days. Great company. Highly recommend. I bought their maintenance plan too.

Robert came to my house and thoroughly checked every aspect of my unit, answered all of my questions and did exactly what I wanted done without trying to sell me something extra. Cooks Air only charged me $85 to do this which is so cheap that I know Robert deserves a raise. Very happy with Cook's and Robert 👍

I decided to replace my Stylecrest Revolv package HVAC unit for my manufactured home as the coil was leaking and I felt the unit insufficient for my family. Cook's A/C and Heating sold me a Lennox unit as an upgrade. I am very happy with the company as everyone involved was professional, courteous, clean, and respectful throughout the process (clean jobsite too). My existing thermostat wire had a fault. They found it and pulled a new heavier gauge wire. The unit had an out of box issue and Cook's A/C and Heating found the issue and fixed it immediately. Well done!

Service was meticulous and absolutely excellent. I was, however, concerned at the price of replacing a capacitor on one of the compressor's. The charge was $287. The rated capacitor price online runs from $35 to $85, depending on manufacturer and accordingly, on perceived quality Approximate labor for replacement is 5 minutes when unit is open as per the inspection. I do understand that significant markup is an integral part of almost every HVAC company, but this seems excessive.
