I called them this morning and to no surprise they were able to get to me a few hours later! I have used cooks for a while now and each time I am more impressed. The last few companies I have had out dont explain anything to me and I usually dont get seen the same day. If you need a new unit or have one fixed I would reccomend them everytime. Extremely professional from the phone calls to the techs they send out. Chris is the tech I had out today and he had me running in less than an hour. He answered all my questions without hesitation and explained everything to me. My house is now nice and warm! 10/10 would reccomend to anyone and everyone.

Aaron provided system maintenance. He was very polite and completed the maintenance for my AC. I’m very pleased with the Cook’s employees… From the phone courtesy and service, they have chosen great people with excellent customer service skills

If you want the pros, you need to call cooks.They have always been excellent at figuring out everything that's going on with the air conditioner and quickly getting it remedy best ac repair around.

Highly recommend cooks air-conditioning. They get out quickly and get our air-conditioning repaired and going out. The house is so much more comfortable. AC is working great thank you Jerry.
