Craig was prompt , knowledgable , honest and pleasant. He also explained things where I understood them and didn't try to add on unnessessary "needs" to rack up charges either , which was important to me..Very reasonable priced service contract as well. This company doesn't try to take you to the bank. Nice change from the last company I dealt with. I will continue to do service with Cooks. Decent , honest , knowledgable companies are getting harder to find to do business with.

Service within days of call, techs on time they were polite and respectful. They did exactly what I wanted, they also checked all my vents as I requested and I am having them clean them. I have used Cooks for years and always great service.
